1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide.
Our standard domestic shipping rate is $19.95 per order.
Free shipping is available on orders of $100 AUD or more.
The estimated transit time displayed at checkout is generally 1–4 business days. Order processing time is additional to the estimated transit time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates at Checkout
Available shipping options and the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. Available shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

8. Local Pickup
Local pickup in Willetton, Western Australia is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before visiting to arrange a pickup time.
